Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Ordinary offers international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ordinary is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ordinary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Ordinary is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@ordinary.com, and we will do our best to update it before the order ships
